Marilyn Moody Brown
Marilyn Moody Brown graduated from Brigham Young University with degrees in English and Communications and earned her juris doctorate at Willamette University. She was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1986, and served as the president of the Central Utah Bar Association in 2003-2004. She has also been a member of the following: Utah State Bar Executive Family Law Committee, American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, Utah County Career Service Council, and Utah Trial Lawyers. She has participated in litigation, negotiation, and mediation of over 2,500 cases involving family law.

Benjamin E. Brown, JD/MBA, is an attorney mediator and partner with Moody Brown Law. He graduated from Brigham Young University, J Reuben Clark Law School with a degree in law, as well as the Marriott School of Management with a master's degree in business administration. He brings perseverance, insight, and patience to his role as mediator. Yaiko Osaki Carranza
Yaiko Osaki Carranza graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 1998, a Master's Degree in Public Administration in 2003, and a juris doctorate at Brigham Young University in 2003.
