Commissioner Joshua K. Faulkner (retired) served as a Fourth District Domestic Relations Commissioner and Fourth District Juvenile Court Commissioner from July 1, 2008 to January 1, 2018.  During that time, he conducted approximately 2,000 divorce/paternity hearings and approximately 2,000 juvenile court hearings each year.  In his time on the bench, he conducted a caseload of over 10,000 assigned cases.  He has served as the state-wide commissioner representative to the Utah Board of District Court Judges from 2013 to 2016 and as a member of the Family Law Executive Committee of the Utah State Bar.  Prior to his appointment to the bench, he was an attorney with Moody Brown and Brown where he actively participated in litigating, negotiating and mediating family law cases.
